Like most good ideas, Kaimuki Storeroom was developed to solve a problem. Our sister company, specialty coffee shop The Curb Kaimuki, expanded to a larger location and was looking to introduce the rapidly developing hybrid coffee shop wine bar concept to Hawaii.

The journey so far!
We quickly discovered the logistical problems with getting natural wine to Hawaii. The unique challenges of navigating overly - complicated regulatory environment, combined with a segment of the wine market that is comprised of small niche distributors.
At the epicentre of these ripples, are growers who produce wines absolutely naturally – nothing added and nothing removed. .
