The son of “gang-of-four” Morgon producer Jean-Paul Thevine, Charly had early exposure to the world of natural farming and winemaking. He struck out on his own as soon as possible and purchased a parcel of 90-year-old vines in the neighboring cry of Régnié. The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe and vinified using whole-cluster fermentation, in typical Beaujolais style. Luscious fruit and earthy spice, perfect to serve with grilled sausages.
